I'm not able to find technical support ffor this website so i decided to post here. When i click download for objects such as trees, it doesnt load the save window, and when I click the "click here" after 15 seconds it goes to a page full of unknown symbols. Am I missing a plugin of some sort?

Instead of clicking on the "here", right click on the "here" and choose "save target as". That will download the file.
