I have a partially completed wall section attached.  I am constantly running into problems with stacked walls and their sweeps.  The wall section shows a stacked wall in section and the same wall in elevation beyond.  I have selected the "beyond wall" and made it a halftone with the graphics override option when you right click on the wall.  For some stupid reason the sweep on the stacked wall has its outline NOT halftoned while everything else on the wall IS!

While I am venting here, another nasty little quirk is that if I want this same wall to "black out" in coarse scale (like in a small scale building section where you aren't trying to show interior walls details) this same sweep does not "black out" while the rest of this stacked wall does.

When I have the four walls attached to a roof (using this same stacked wall) I am unable to "trim miter" the exterior wall corners.  When you get to the fourth corner, the first one "untrims itself" into an unfinished corner.  The solution turned out to "not attach the walls to the roof."  Editing the gable walls to "fit the roof profile" instead of attaching them to the underside, fixed the "trimming wall corners" problem.

I have talked to "the few now available at Autodesk/Revit to talk to you" about this and all I got was "yea, stack walls are kind of wierd sometimes."  Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!  The vent is over and I feel better now.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one that can't stand some of the features of stacked walls...  They seem so good in theory....  you're vent made me laugh.
