Anyone know if it's possible to change the origin (or default location) for the end of a tag leader? For example, I tag windows and would like the leader to attach to the edge of the window rather than the center of the window.

The leader is looking for the "insertion point" of the object. The "insertion point" is the intersection point of the two reference planes in your family that are set as "defines origin" It is possible to modify your families to an insertion point where the leader would go to, however you may not like the families' behaviour during insertions and with any flipper controls.
Your best way to explore this is to create a simple family and play with the origins and watch the tags behaviour.
