Is there a setting that i can change so when i use my wheel on my mouse as a zoom in and out and not the stupid scroll bars?  Can you turn off the scroll bars?

We were able to solve this problem by changing the settings on your computer in the control panel.  If you don't get the options you want or the mouse still doesn't work the way you want it to, then you may need to load an updated or different mouse driver that will give you the options you need.  I got a new Logitech mouse for my computer and the drivers that came with that did not allow me to zoom.  I had to switch back to the system driver for my mouse to get this functionality back.  Not being able to zoom will make you nuts.  Don't have an answer on the scroll bars.

Check your mouse cofiguration in the control panel.
