How do i turn off the arch's grid and bubbles from thier linked model?

In the visibility/graphics (VV) select the Revit Links tab pick the "Custom" button beside the linked model be sure the custom radio button is selected and pick the Annotation Categories tab unselect Grids from here

For all similar view... like elevations or sections, use view templates.
