I'm stuck on the best way to attempt doing this. I need to make a water slide with curves and drops. How would you do it? Thanks in advance.

Use reference lines to create a 3D path for the slide. Then create a sweep using pick path and select the reference lines. You may need to do it in segments....
Unless its a simply one plane slide that just goes up and down in elevation its going to take some trial and error.
If you having trouble, supply a sketch and someone or i might give it a go...
HTH.
