I am a high school teacher and we've just rolled out Revit 8.0 on XP SP2 workstations. I have an almost random error that seems to arise for no reason. I don't believe it is file-related as I can open the file on a cloned workstation and it's fine. Reinstalling Revit doesn't seem to help. What happens is when we enter a properties dialog box, such as Element Properties for a Wall. Even though the Levels are established, you cannot reset a Base or Top Constraint as the pull-down menus don't work. The same problem happened again today when a student tried to reset the underlay on the View Properties. The current level shows, but can’t be changed as none of the other levels are listed.I don’t get error messages. It’s driving me (and my students) nuts. Thanks in Advance.Eric WestlandBrussels American School
