How I make the viewport box..er , i mean crop region line print on the sheets?

Click on the view and go to the properties dialog. Scroll down a bit and you will find the crop and view check boxes to control what is shown on the sheet. hth

Also, make sure the option to 'Hide Crop boundaries' is turned off under print settings.
