If i have a conc wall that is getting cut threw how do i tell revit to hatch it? I have a concrete shearwall that is continous to the roof, but on my 1st floor plan, or any plans, it is not hatched indicating that its continous.

There are several things to check. In the element properties, check the "Coarse Scale Fill Pattern", it should be set to whatever concrete hatch you are using. Under the wall construction, your material need to be some kind of concrete, and the material cut pattern should be your concrete hatch.
