Okay I'm using Revit 2008

Does anyone know of a way to use the totals to create a calculated value rather than every instance? I am working on an Urban Design project and I am trying to use a floor schedule to create an FAR schedule.  So I have the floors of the building with an occupancy and then I have floors that give me the area of each Parcel.  I have sorted the occupied floors by giving each a cost and then creating a calculated value based on that cost and I did the same with the parcel area.  The problem is that by doing that I am dividing zero by something or dividing something by zero because it is not using the total it is using each instance.

This sounds pretty confusing so let me know if you need any more info.
