Is there a way to put a weather ledge or sheeting notch into a slab? Some people call them drip ledges. It's just a notch in the slab around the edges that go down 1.5" into the slab and 9.5" from the edge of the slab. I'm a newb to REVIT. I've always used ACAD, always loved ACAD. This problem is the main reason our company hasn't copmletely changed over. Thanks!

i use CAD since 1989, so, for me is a new world too, you can do what you want by "MODDELING>HOST SWEEP>FLOOR SLAB EDGE" or if you have a roof by "ROOF GUTTER", Revit have some gutter files but you can create or edit an existent file and change them just like you want... see the help menus...

So I have to create the slab smaller so when I add the edge, it is the correct size, right? What if all sides aren't drip/weather ledges? Doing this makes all the edges have the same drip/weather, not just the one or two edges that I needed. Not only that, what about the corners? Will it connect the corners or just leave emply aquares? I'll play around with it when I have some free time.

I created these edges, pretty easy to use If anyone needs them. Just look for Slab edges
