hokay, I'm having a problem with my Toiletroom Accessories Schedule. Basicly, I can't figure out how to add items to the schedule. I want to add the ADA Grab Bars, but when I give them a mark they don't appear on the schedule. Likewise, there is a Baptistry (this is a church) that I don't want on the schedule that refuses to leave, no matter how many times I remove its mark. I'm using Revit 2008. Yargh this is frustrating. Any help is appreciated.

Deleting the tag doesn't change what you have. That's like removing the Chevy name tag from your car. The car is still there and it's still a chevy. Items schedule according to the family they belong to. If you want the grab bars to schedule with your toilet accessories, you need to check what category they belong to. Look in your family tree - they need to be in the same place as the rest of your accessories. If not, you need to edit the family and change its category. You can do the same thing with the baptistry or you can just give it a unique mark number like ZZ and filter out anything with the mark ZZ in your schedule.

I've tried editing the category in the family though. I changed its (the grab bars) Assemblu Code to D20 (which is Plumbing) and It still doesn't show up. Great idea for getting rid of that pesky Baptistry though hehe Thanks =)

Please re-read my earlier post. REVIT's family category & the assembly code are two different animals. You might try reading your help under families and category to get a better understanding. We can only help you so much - you need to use the resources you have and REVIT's help is very good.
