Ok a bit of a predicament here...

in our 2nd Floor Truss Framing Plan we show our Plumbing Fixtures above as a Heavy Dashed line.  Well, we also show the lower floor walls.  So our view is set to the 1st floor view plan, with our model shown as an underlay.  Our first attempt was to create a filter to show plumbing as a heavy, dashed, black line.  It didn’t show up that way, because the 2nd floor is not visible.  If we add 2nd floor as an underlay then it will show the heavy, dashed, line types but not the black line.  Plus we don’t want the 2nd floor walls on this plan.  Is there a way to do this properly?  Or do we just need to set 2nd floor as an underlay and use the linework tool to outline the plumbing then turn the underlay off and view the plumbing above? I can’t think of any other way to do this? Re: to the attached images.

Thanks,

Lorne
