I don't know if this is possible... can I ask why you want to do this?

our windows are installed on the face of the 7/16" osb on the stud wall. the window unit actually sticks out 1 " past the face of the osb. the windows from revit are based off of the centerline of the wall and install on the finish face and not the ccore face. depending on exterioir finish this dimm can be way off. after i posted i went in the wall discription in the window rfa and assigned layers to the 6" generic wall and made it 2X4 with siding. then cut a section and set a reference plane to the outside core boundry which i alligned my inside edge of a nailing flange to in order to have the window in the same place no matter which wall i inserted into.

that was a smart move... sometimes you have to be a little inventive.
