I Downloaded the HVAC_Package_Unit_4201 from the download library on here. I want to be able to make a tag that says RTU-1, RTU-2, etc. I want the schedule to say list the numbers and model number and serial number and things like that. Do I have to make a new family type for each RTU to list them separately? Or is there a way to make one model type list different Information?

This family seems to work fine. Did you try to schedule it? You have to modify the type so that it has the data you want. To tag it, you will need a tag that is associated with mechanical equipment and reads the instance parameter "mark" which is where you would call it RTU 1.
