Another item i feel that should be implemented into Revit would be when you are copy/monitoring, there always seems to be an issue with Mateials and duplicate types.  You should be able to say "Yes To All"  for these materials so you don't have to go through each type and piece of the building.  On another note, when deleting what you have copied to replace with new when the copy/monitor tool doesn't work, you should be able to select all and delete. 

If there is a way to do any of this, please let me know.  I am working on a 6-story building and this takes forever.
