I have begun adding the final details to my CD drawing set and I have come to a point that I think AutoCAD is superior. The filled region is not working for me! This is my dilemma: I am attempting to apply a filled region in a plan view and section. Every time I draw my hatch (filled region) I use the <invisible lines> and it seems to be overlapping on my walls hiding them. I have tried to send the filled region to back and the <invisible lines> are still hiding the adjacent walls/lines/etc.

 Any help here? Thanks!

Invisible boundry lines for filled regions that are in the same location as other lines will hide them.  Your choices are:

- change your boundry lines to the lineweight you want. (You can mix them as you need to.... some invisible and some other linetypes - weights)

- use invisible lines but keep your filled region short of hiding your other lines.

Thanks for the quick response. Seems like a workaround for a shortcoming on Autodesk's hands. The filled region command seems archaic at best with how advanced and "smart" Revit is.
