is there any way to duplicate a sheet and then change the viewports to other views to keep the same position and size of the previous ones?
is it possible to use a grid system to snap on while arranging viewports in the sheet (that's how I used to do it in AutoCAD)?
Thank you.

No there really isn't a way to duplicate the sheets with viewports,, you will have to create new ones. You can draw a grid system using drafting lines. And you can draw your lines as invisible lines so they don't print that way you can organize your viewports accordingly. Hopefully that helps.
