I am trying to create a foundation wall for a slab foundation. The wall consists of 8" CMUs then there is 4" brick on top of the CMU. The CMU goes up from the footing about 2 to 3 feet. The CMU stops and the 4" brick veneer continues up for another 6" to 8". Looking on the top of the wall, you can see 4" of the CMU exposed that is not covered up by the brick. How do I create this foundation wall without drawing two walls on top of each other? See scanned image for better explaination of wall composition.

You will need to create a stacked wall.
