How do i get cased openings to schedule like doors?

you will need to tag it and create it's own schedule, you won't be able to add it to a door schedule...

unless someone knows a better way Smile

Create the using the door template, but with no solid geometry drawn on them. This will allow you to schedule and tag them exactly like doors.

Here is an easier way to do it, Click on an opening and click edit family.  Click Settings> Family Categories and Parameters and change the categories to doors. This will allow the opening to be scheduled in a door schedule.
