missr.....

i never did find a solution for this problem, but i have never had it happen again to any other file.  fortunatley this project was a tenant improvement and an exterior 3D image was never used!  i would love to know what caused it though in case it happens again one day.  so maybe someone on here will come up with a miracle solution!
