Do NOT use exams as study guides! That's the way to kill your preparation. Use them only to give you an idea how varied and crazy the questions can be.
If you do the RTL as described above - you'll be very ready.

I've taken four Revit Pro certifications and also had a tester / supervisor about 100 of our clients doing a Revit Architecture Certificate (we do not have a MEP certificate over here). The most common problem is the English language used in the test - not really the questions themselves.
