the wall that will get changed back to single leaf, se it back 150mm or so to allow for the true position of the single leaf wall.
im assuming its a truss roof with fascia at same level, otherwise there would be a slight difference in ceiling ht at garage due to roof slope from pitching point of veneer wall to outside face of wall.
maybe just draw the roof using lines, then cut a section and adjust roof vertically to suit.

Yeah we just fudged it haha. Just annoying as I like to do things properly thats all. Ill let this one go I think.
