in the family left click the floor plan level one view in the project broswer one time.

when you do this then your properties panel will show an option to adjust view range.

click that.

awsome palladio thats a huge help, i always double clicked those views to open them i never thought of single clicking them and i always clicked into the view to get my view properties to show.
