Topo lines are always an interpretation.  If you use the points you showed to create your model, I guarantee you that at those points, your topo will be correct, regardless of what the topo lines show.

Here is the problem.  Topography lines are not a connect the dot process.  Where is the rest of your points to tell Revit that where Revit places that line it is not that elevation?  Place more points!!!  And they don't have to be even elevation numbers.  If where that topo line is "wrong" and it should be el 100.1 instead of 100, then put 100.1 there!

Your problem is that you never apparently hand drafted a topography drawing from a survey grid.  If you had, you would better understand the process.

Because of the triangulation, that's why you got that "green line", every softwares to create a surface needs to triangulate points, that's how you get your topo surface, watch the video and sorry for my bad english: http://screencast.com/t/mkqqdLD91p

i figured it out...you must enter all the points in one "session" or "edit" of the toposurface.   I was entering a string of points at an elevation, then accepting with the green check mark, then starting over with a new toposurface, which I thought was a new topoline.   Fear the green checkmark of finality.
