d00d - nevermind. You obviously arent getting what anyone said in this thread. I have "types" for every kind of detail there is. Window/Door details, Roof details, Accessibility, Partition.....etc you still cant control them through a visiblility setting...you have to hide the individual types per view...not controlled through view templetes.

Apologies - missed the bit about the views being the same scale. What I suggested will only work for different scale views.

im probably way too late here, but what you do is highlight all the details/sections etc in the project browser that you dont want to see in floorplans, then right click and properties menu. then select hide at scales coarser than 1:1. this will hide the reference tag in any view that is larger than 1:1 (unless you have a 1:1 scale view which is unlikely) you definitely need the power to do this otherwise it would take ages

THE CHAT ROOM FEEDS ME AND IM ALRIGHT BY THAT....HENCE THE REASON I HAVE 10 POSTS IN THE FORUMS IN THE PAST 3YEARS...... THE ONLY BICKERING THERE WAS, WAS ME TELLING PEOPLE TO READ THE THREAD B4 POSTING! :EYEROLL: AND JUST TO CLEAR IT UP - YOU CAN NOW SORT/HIDE SECTION/ELEVATION/CALLOUT TAGS BY TYPE IN VG SETTINGS IN 2010....OR SO IVE BEEN TOLD...STILL USING 09 ----- BUT WHAT DOES IT MATTER? NO-ONE WILL READ THIS ANYWAY!
