I'm using PDF995, which has an option for multiple sheets, seems to work well and makes sending to the printer much easier

Right now there are lot of options to do that, i.e. I´m using CutePDF Writer that can also be downloaded for free...

I wish this is someting that they need to fix on for their Revit new update, so the use of it becomes more easy.
