Typhoon,  I cannot THANK YOU enough for your help.  = )

The video is simply the best way to explain your solution.

I still do not understand why the First Floor Plan View Properties cut plane fixed the view range problem. But so be it.

You Welcome Prophecy99, the problem is because (like you can see) the "Cut Plane" and "Top Plane" (4' and 10') are in the "Junction" of that vertical Brick with the horizontal brick, if you create those ref. planes at that elevation - 4' and 10' feets - you will see in the south elevation view the line is just coincident with that junction and if you put that "Cut plane" 1" down or up it solve the problem...
