SOLUTION!:

The room separation aren't shown because they are hiding behind the floor. Switch your graphic display option to wireframe. To better see the lines, go to Visibility Graphics (VV) click the drop down for "Lines" and override the line weight and/or color for Room Separation Lines. Hit Apply. 

Look back at your floor and viola, you have your room separation lines out in the open.
