we should have a contest to see who can create the most complicated roof by footprint as a single drawing.

Question: In order to get the cleanest wall joins, would I build my walls level by level rather than extending them all the way up to the roof?  Because different walls on each floor run into different parts of each wall that extends all the way to the roof... and from what I've seen it seems to screw the wall joins up.

Does everyone do their walls level by level or do they just extend them all the way up whenever they get the chance?

You should make you walls all the way up (or as big as you can).  the way to get clean wall joins is to pull the corner apart the whole way up the building and then join them back together the same way.  i.e. take the align tool and then align one wall end to the outside face of the other and then align the other to the outside face.  this way the wrapping around the corner is done the whole way up the same way.

Ok cool, sounds like the Align tool is the way to go.  Thanks.  So when does the contest start? haha

Yeah, i think today it's those days when only have "blablabla" questions, i think some guys just don't "boring" to consult the help menu or manuals or books, the simple and basic issue  it's transforming  quick  in a Question, sincerely there are some questions i just don't anwser because i hope they gonna the good sense to go to HELP menu first...
