ahh curse im bad at this.. iw tryed searching here for the sp3 but cvant find it, tryed google to.. do i have to boy it? or where can i get it?

OK "RASMUS", Download and then install: http://revit.downloads.autodesk.com/download/2008/SP3_RAC2008.exe

Try and tell me something, don't forget to reboot your PC after instalation, i think this resolve all of your problems....
