Not enough information here to help you.  We need to know exactly what you are doing and looking for.  i'm assuming a 3D perspective rendering is what you would want to try.

I would model the ramp using the ramp tool.

As far as the arrows and the graphics I would create those using drafting lines, and create a group to keep them all neatly together.

Unless those are painted lines on the ramp in your picture, which would show up in 3-D ( I assumed they were just descriptive graphics? not sure.)  In which case I would create an in-place family, create objects or lines by setting the work plane to the surface of the ramp within the in-place family.

"

"

but i think the ramp tool in revit is stupid . it doesnt cut with the plan cut line . and its not calculated for shadows ..

and what i realy want is a good method to make  the  ramp well presented in 2d on the plans and sections ..... and what i specificly want is ( HOW TO MAKE THIS NICELY PRESENTED CUT WITHIN THE RAMP ) ??

to create the diagonal cut line make a plan region in the view.  also use a floor with a slope arrow to create the ramps.

first i created the floor with slope.  in this case i made the slope arrow to be 1.2"/12" to get the 10% slope.  see image.

i created several of these floors and joined them together using the join geometry view. see section view.

then in the 2nd level plan view i created a plan region set to 0" above level 2.  the plan region was drawn at the desired angle to give the diagonal cut.  also you can see the ramp to the right coming up from below.  the plan region dashed outline will not print.  see image.

lastly, the only reasonable way i could find to get a double cut line, if its necessary, is to create a solid white filled region.  other than this the graphics are all up to you.

let me know if this helps.

in the plan region sketch mode, you can create the plan region to be in any shape you want, to create the desired diagonal cut.  draw the sketch lines in the diagonal that you want.

You are correct, it will not make a diagonal cut in plan ..... use a detail element!
