I am using Revit 2009. In plan, the cut pattern of my topography is not displaying under graded regions or slabs. I have modified the "elevation of poche base" in the Site Settings, but this only impacts the display of the site in section. Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi, "In plan, the cut pattern of my topography is not displaying", right the "Cut Pattern" it's just to Sections, can you put some screenshots to figure what are you talking about?

See the attached image. When My plan is cut at or below where a slab intersects with teh topo surface, the plan view does not poche. If I cut through the face created by a pad object the poche will show, but if you cut at or below the line that I have highlighted as "intersection", I do not get a poche of the earth in plan. Thanks for the interest.

The result makes sense becasue a topo is a surface object, but the earth poche should be able to display in plan beyond the base of the pad.

I don't see the pattern in the SITE plan. See attached. Everything shown as white in the plan to the left beyond the buildings at the right should have an earth poche.

You must pick in the PAD and edit the properties and change the material and the cut and surface pattern equal like the topo site...

On this attachment, look at Level 1. At Level 1, below "pad A" and "pad B", I should get an earth hatch, just like on Level 2 below "pad B". In plan, if you do not cut through the center of the pad vertically, like Level 2 is here, you don't get a hatch.

I think the problem isn't in the "Hatch" in the plan but it's because the "View Range" in LEVEL 1, because in LEVEL 2 we can see the hatch (level 2 is more height than level1) so try to see VP>View Range.... or can you put the model here to download to see what a hell is going on?

I can't upload the revit file. I'll have to set up a test file. I'll do that later. Thanks for your help.
