In 1992, a small company was started to take on overflow drafting tasks for area architects. The company was comprised of an architect and a general contractor and prided itself on being able to produce construction documents that were clear, concise, accurate and emulated the standards and appearance of the architect's own product. A thorough knowledge of AutoCad, drafting principles and construction technologies, combined with a passion for perfection, afforded this small company the ability to produce top-notch drawings that became the standard for outsourced drafting.

In time, the company began to offer permit processing services, as well as overall architectural project management. As area architects became progressively more comfortable with the predictable quality and service, the company's reputation spread. Before long, the company was servicing clients throughout the southwestern United States. This company has grown since then to become what Design Well Group is today.
