This casework family is a model of American Woodmark's single door, single drawer model, which includes one adjustable shelf. The door and drawer both open. The door is reversible. The URL parameter opens the catalog wherein you can find this cabinet. The five widths offered by American Woodmark are included as family types along with their model numbers. All materials are pre-defined and assigned via casework sub-categories.
I've upgraded this model. The door opens more reliably. Best practice for operating it is to open and close it in angular increments of something less than 90°. The face plates have more ornate engravings and curved handles. |

This is a casework family model of American Woodmark's 1 door, 1 drawer, 1 deep roll out tray, 1 adjustable shelf base cabinet. The door, drawer, and tray all operate independently. The shelf is vertically adjustable and is held in place with clips. The five widths offered by American Woodmark are included as family types. Materials are pre-defined and assigned using casework subcategories.
I have updated this model. It has more subtle engraving on the doors, curved handles, and the door opens more reliably. Open it in angular increments of something less than 90°. For example, if you want it opened to 90°, do it in two operations with the first angle 70° and then go to 90°. Close it the same way. |

This rather complicated casework family is American Woodmark's one door, one drawer, one adjustable shelf, one factory installed drawer accessory kit base cabinet. American Woodmark offers four standard cabinet widths with eight drawer accessory kit permutations per width. I've made all permutations family types, so there are 32 types. The door opens and the drawer slides out. There is a control for sliding the accessory back to clear the drawer, although some of the accessories shouldn't be moved. For example, the chopping block is designed to slide back into the cabinet so you have access to the drawer contents, but the spice accessory sits in the bottom of the drawer and should not be moved.
I've noticed that sometimes it is problematic to try to change the type of a model you've already inserted. If this happens, delete the inserted model and reinsert it with the desired type pre-selected. |

I think I've corrected a little problem with the door not adjusting properly with a type change. This is American Woodmark's 1 door, 1 drawer, 1 roll out tray divider base cabinet. It comes in two widths: 12" and 15". The tray has three compartments at the larger size and two at the smaller. |

This American Woodmark casework family is a model of their one door, one drawer, one roll out tray divider base cabinet. They offer two widths, 12" and 15", and those are included as family types. The 12" has a tray divider with two compartments (one divider) while the 15" sports a three compartment divider (two dividers). All movable components operate with instance parameters. The trays are not adjustable beyond pulling them out. There are actually two trays that get swapped in and out with your selection of cabinet width.
I've upgraded this cabinet. It's a Revit 2013 model now and I've fixed a problem with the door. The upgraded cabinet is a separate download. |

This American Woodmark casework family is their one door, one drawer, cutting board door rack kit base cabinet. The cutting board is mounted inside the door for easy access. American Woodmark installs the cutting board kit on 18" cabinets only, so that is the only family type. The cutting board will not adjust its width if you change the cabinet width. |

This casework family is a model of American Woodmark's one door, one drawer, plastic bag door storage unit base cabinet. All the components operate independently. The plastic bag storage unit is a linked family tied to a parameter in the host family. The two widths offered by American Woodmark, 15" and 18", are included as family types. A half depth shelf hides inside the cabinet. |

This casework family is over the top! There are the usual casework dimensions, but in addition, there are instance parameters to open the doors, pull out the top drawer, and slide out the two shelves hidden behind the doors, all individually controlled. There are dedicated materials assigned by casework subcategories. The model is replete with pots and pans sitting on the sliding shelves. There are ten predefined widths. At the narrower sizes, you'll see the pots and pans sticking out through the cabinet sides, so if you want, for instance, a 21" unit, you'll have to edit the family to remove or reposition them. The unit is modelled on the American Woodmark line of cabinets. The properties URL will take you to the American Woodmark web site. This is a complex model. I have tested it thoroughly, but if there are any difficulties, please leave a note for me.
