Its a gorgeous rendering with nice photoshop work around the trees.

The major gripe I have though is that chair. Its too poofy for a medical building. You need to expct that any manor of sick patient will be in that room. And not only do you need to worry about places where microbes can gather(creaces in a poofy chair) but you have to worry about places where other unsightly fluids could get stuck(creases in a poofy chair)
