get a decent photo of a louvre and add this to a new material and then assign to your infill panel. Alternative, create a louvre window in revit using slats in lieu of glass. May already be one in library.

Thanks for your response, but i think you misunderstand my question
on plan the opening is tapered and not pararell this is what we are trying to achieve,
sorry i should have phrased my question better
the opening is open, no frames or anything, the opning is 100mm external and 300mm internal,
how do i achive this using the void command as nothing seems to cut out of the wall when i try

Sorry Will
You have your wall. Create reference plane on face of wall. Go to component and create in place. select element wall. choose void form. Void blend. You are drawing top of void on face of wall so set it slightly off wall face (-20 say) and draw your rectangle/square. Then pick edit top and draw your rectangle/square for the inner face of wall. Again, set your extrusion depth to pass through wall. When happy click finish sketch. go to a 3d wireframe view.select cut geometry from top toolbar and pick wall, then pick void you have just created. Select finish family and you should have an opening through the wall with sloped jambs/head and cill
Phew...
