I would like to have a stationary view preferrably off to the side of Revit that will not get caught up with the other views if I tile my windows.
I don't want to just tile windows and include that view because It will make the views I am working in too small. I have dual screens so ideally I would like to pull a view off to the side so I can monitor the building element I am working on in 3d while I work in a plan view.

You can drag the whole revit across both screnns then use tiled views and drag them to the size and screen you want them on but this is a pain to manage. FULL screen is always full across both screens.
