I am on beginning level of revit strucutre… I have prepared Foundation drawing (footing & columns) but according to my company standards we provide a drawing showing only columns with setting out details & another drawing for footings details ….since all these information we have at one level how we will show these separately in two separate sheets.

You can have as many plans of a level as you want. Plans are just a view of the model with added 2D annotations. Click on the view tab - plan - and uncheck the do not duplicate box and make a new view. Or, simply duplicate your plan, with or without detailing.

One more question I have created multi category material takeoff now first thing is its too long & can’t be shown in one drawing so how I can split it to more than one sheet. second thing for example if I have 10 fittings of F-1 its repeating ten times in schedule so is it possible to have it once & it specify how many times its repeated like we normally prepare B.O.Q.
