You can create any wall type you want. Just click on a wall that already exists and duplicate it then edit the structure.

There is one in your library and you can select one wall, duplicate, then you can change that wall like you want (create new walls)

No in my revit 2013. I am assuming you have loaded a family or something. THe versions of REvit i use has tones of cav and partitions- regular housing, but nothing for high rise flats.

How do i find the materials you have.

I am using Revit 2013 as well, you can create any wall type you want, there are no families to load for this.  You can edit your structure and add any thickness you want to it and then add any material to your thicknesses that you would like.  Here is a tutorial on how to create walls.

"No in my revit 2013. I am assuming you have loaded a family or something." - NO, if you start a new project with DEFAULT template you will see that wall, and by the way, WALLS are "System families", you don't have any TEMPLATE to create wall families....
