Hi,

Does anyone know a way to get Revit NOT to gray out existing items when rendering? We are working on several renovation projects, many of which open on to existing spaces. We want to show the client what they space will look like, but can't with the existing spaces grayed out. I Is there a way to work with the phases and still get a clean rendering?

Ok, but that doesn't really solve the issue. Now everything shows its material properly, but all the phases are turned on. It doesn't help show the final product if all the demolition is turned on.

I think you want "Show existing and new" but it all depends on how YOU set up your model.
