Is there a way to turn off this warning? I have an Arch. model with many linked files some overlay some not. I get a warning every time i open the file. its 5 files and copied throughout the building. so for every instance i get about 50 warnings, every time i open it.

Wow... are these linked CAD files? If so, then this is a bad practice - I know - not your fault.
I probably would just put dummy files in my directory.
If the architect would set these links to Overlay, they should not load into your model.
