I am using Revit MEP to create glycol piping system for refrigeration. I have to run (2) parallel lines at all time. However when the line has to turn left/right using "T", I have to loop over the other line that is parallel. What is the best method to attack this? Do I need to use "T" vertically and come across? If that's the case, how to set the setting to have "T" vertically? Thanks.

I have found it simplest to use workplanes for all these sort of areas. If you name the workplane then use the framing view, the framing view will square up to the workplane. It can mean quite a few workplanes but then you can just draw your pipe in the work plane and viola. Hope this helps.
