Can anyone describe some important work arounds.  As stated in my family abuse thread, I am working on a template file to increase future productivity.  Unlike most, I have about another week of tweaking before all "that RoundTuit' time disappears and the back log of work appears.

I have big dreams, yet I am suffering with some of them.

DREAM 1:

Using Legends for baseplate details.

Baseplate families populate the Legend component category, but you do not have the option of rotating any of these components.  Ref. Lines / Planes do not appear for dimensioning.

Am I insane to work this way?

More Dreams to follow  - Mark

Hey Mark you'll have to be morespecific, I'm not sure what u mean.

Annyhow you can rotate ref lines and make those parametric.

you can also lock components to these lines so the objects rotatte to the desired dimensions.

Anyway I and I gues the rest who is tyring to help do not know what you're trying to create.
