I have been using Revit for several years successfully plotting 24 x 36 sheets to an HP 500. Recently, I started a new position in a firm with both an HP 800 and Savin 2400WD. Revit plots fine to HP 500 but clips top and bottom using Savin 2400. The resulting output is the correct width (36" roll width) but height is only 22-7/16" (24" is correct height). This clipping happens regardless when plotting file directly to Savin 2400WD or if printed to PDF first and then plotted to Savin 2400. In all cases, the plot preview shows the drawing located in the correct location of a 24" x 36" sheet. Our office uses both these plotters primarily for AutoCAD plotting. Please help!

Thank you for the swift reply, Our firm uses a Novell network which is managed by outside consultants. I will confirm with them regarding the updating of the Savin 2400WD printer drivers when they come in on Thursday. However, I did not see any Revit specific print drivers on the Savin site. http://support.ricoh.com/bb/html/dr_ut_e/sav/model/mpw24/mpw24en.htm
