Just wonder how it is made.
Is it a 3D Studio -file ->; dwg-file imported in a family .rfa-file?

Yes. Its exported to autocad where I spend some time creating a series of layers, then apply the various messhes to those layers. Take into revit, go to object styles, then assign all of the layers to specific materials. This gives you a good flexibillty for later material changes. (see the newer shinier version!)
