Please help.

I don't get any option (to place on a face e.g.)

Track light downloaded from RevitCity and is attached.

I've tested in an existing file and in a brand new file also.

It's a 'ceiling hosted' family. Has to be placed on a ceiling. Probably best in a 'ceiling plan' view. See attached imag.
