Hi guys,

After installing revit 2010 and revit 2011, i noticed both revit's ribbon is not displaying. See attached screen shots of the interface during load screen and during the sample project. Attached also is also my computer's spec. Many thanks before hand for people who try and solve my problem. 

I tried running the script fromhttp://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=14880949&linkID=9243099

but it doesnt seem to be working.
