Hi all,

I'm wondering what the cheapest way to buy Revit Architecture is? I have seen on the Autodesk site it is going for 6.1k.

Is there anyway to get it cheaper? Can you purchase older version like 2009 or 2010 for a cheaper price?

 Can you buy second hand?

Oem?

Thanks

Autodesk offer free three years licenses if you are a student given with an EDU email address.

If you think about it and if you have alot of clients, it will pay for its self. Just my .02 cents.

Is there a way of purchasing an older version of Revit though? I have the student version, but I can't use it for paid work. I don't need any of the upgrades that come with 2012. If I could buy 2008-09 for a lot less than 6k I could actually afford to work freelance.

Revit is not a program that you buy, it is a license.  So there are no older programs for sale ... just new licenses.
