I will be doing some 'photo realistic' renderings of an apartment unit, specifically the kitchen/living room. Are there manufacturers that have Revit model components for their product lines? Is it easier to just download from here and other sites like this and create other components that can't be found? I'd really like to have the actual product in the renderings if possible. Thanks for the help

Eric, Try autodesk seek.... just go to the insert tab within Revit and type something in over "find product design files online"
